Everything You Want to Know.

Is 7 days really enough to make a difference?

Yes because we are not trying to teach you everything about UGC. We are fixing the specific things that are broken in your setup and building the system that gets you to your first real brand conversations. Day 4 alone where we send the first pitches together, live changes how most clients see this entirely. Results do not come from more information. They come from the right action at the right time. That is what 7 days is for.

The Sprint is not designed for complete beginners. If you have never tried UGC at all, the course is the better starting point it gives you the foundation before we build on it. The Sprint is for people who have already tried and are stuck. That is a different problem and requires a different solution.

Each session is 40 to 55 minutes, one per day, five days in a row or across a chosen week. Every session has a named goal and a deliverable you walk away with. Between sessions you complete one assigned action this is not optional, it is what produces the result. Sessions are via Zoom or Google Meet.

Between 30 and 60 minutes per day for the between-session actions. These are specific, high-leverage tasks not hours of homework. Day 4 is the most demanding because we build the brand list, but we do most of that together on the call.

You have four weeks of async support. This means you can message me with questions about brand replies, outreach, negotiations, or anything that comes up as you run the system. I respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. This is not a call period — it is message-based support.

The Sprint is built around your specific situation. If something is not working as we move through the days, we adjust in real time that is the advantage of a done-with-you format over a course. Results depend on execution between sessions. If you complete the daily actions, you will have sent real pitches and have an active pipeline by Day 7.
